Sahaja Yoga is a simple and scientific method of meditation founded by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on 5th May 1970 and it is practiced all over the world. “Sahaja” means “Spontaneous” and “Yoga” means “Union with Cosmic Energy”. The Union occurs through the awakening of innate energy called Kundalini, situated in the sacrum bone in every human. This process is called Self Realisation (Athma Sakshatkara).

The Self Realisation can be experienced through vibrations (Chaitanya) as "cool breeze" on our central nervous system and in palms. This leads to “thoughtless awareness” state with inner silence which is very bliss full and joy giving. Regular practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation improves physical, mental and emotional wellbeing as a by-product.

“Self-Realization is the birth right of every human” – H.H Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, took birth in Chindwara, MP, India on March 21, 1923 in Royal Salivahana Dynasty. Shri Mataji studied medicine in Lahore medical college. Her selfless service and contribution to the wellbeing of Society through Sahaja Yoga teachings have been acknowledged globally by several prestigious institutions and various Governments.

Discovery of Sahaja Yoga is a key milestone in human evolution leading to Collective Consciousness. Sahaja Yoga is being practiced across the globe regardless of religion, cast, creed, gender and age for the advancement of their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Sahaja Yoga is always FREE of cost as divinity has no charge.

Music plays a vital role in Sahaja Yoga practice as it has an inextricable link with human life. There is enough research on benefits of Music to Humans. However, the deep connection of Classical music and human subtle system is not well understood. Through practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation, one can experience the effects of classical music on their central nervous system and its effects on various energy centres by means of cleansing and nourishing it. When we meditate listening to music, it helps in raising one’s kundalini and achieve thoughtless awareness which is very joy giving.

Wellbeing: Regular practice of Sahaja yoga not only prevents but also helps in curing innumerable diseases which are the outcome of modern life style - such as high blood pressure, diabetes, insomnia, etc. Sahaja Yoga Meditation also enables freedom from many addictions such as alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction, etc. which is proven beyond doubt for multiple practitioners. The inner transformation of human beings through Sahaja Yoga accrues not only to the individual but to the whole of society through harmonious living.
